RMA Guidelines
1. Refunds are not issued after 30 days from day of invoice, regardless
if merchandise is defective or incorrect.
2. CK Collectibles & Gifts will not pay the shipping costs
for the return of defective merchandise. Contact CK Collectibles
& Gifts to obtain a RMA number before returning the product.
Write the RMA number on the return package so that the number
can be visibly seen.
4. CK Collectibles & Gifts will reimburse shipping costs for
incorrect merchandise received if a refund is requested.
5. Refunds take approximately 14 business days to be processed
from date of arrival of merchandise in CK Collectibles & Gifts
warehouse.
6. If an item received is DOA and is returned to CK Collectibles
& Gifts prior to 15 business days from day of invoice it will
be replaced immediately. Items received after 15 business days
will be sent to the respective manufacturer for warranty replacement
if it cannot be returned directly by customer. Please be aware
of the respective warranty for individual items.
7. When a replacement is requested after 15 days from original
purchase date, replacements are issued at CK Collectibles &
Gifts’s discretion. We will make every attempt to expedite
this process however due to backorders and other variables a time
frame cannot be specified.
8. All replacement *merchandise will be returned via a trackable
method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with DC) unless other arrangements
have been made
9. All merchandise received by CK Collectibles & Gifts; regardless
if it is defective or not must be returned in original packaging
or similar quality packaging and shipped via a traceable carrier
and insured. If a package arrives at CK Collectibles & Gifts
warehouse and shows visible signs of damage the package will be
refused-all warranties revoked and it will become the customer’s
responsibility to seek compensation from the shipping company
used i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS.
10. All non-defective merchandise returned for refund will be
subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are assessed by the
RMA department and include the following factors: condition in
which an item is received , all items were included; physical
appearance of item-if an item is returned and physically damaged
all warranties may be revoked and the account ineligible for refund.
If a non-defective retail boxed item is returned and the box has
been opened a 20% restocking fee is applied-no exceptions. Refund
issued will reflect only the cost of the item minus 20% restocking
fee and original shipping. Shipping charges are not refunded for
the return of non-defective merchandise unless the item was incorrectly
shipped and unopened.
11. CK Collectibles & Gifts will not be held liable for any
loss of productivity, revenue or other consequences related to
defective/incorrect/incompatible merchandise purchased/received
directly/indirectly from CK Collectibles & Gifts.
12. Replacements parts will not be issued until CK Collectibles
& Gifts receives defective items and/or manufacturer supplies
replacement components.
By checking, I have agreed to the terms set forth by CK Collectibles
& Gifts and CK Enterprises. regarding all returns. It is understood
by both parties CK Collectibles & Gifts and

RMA requests are responded to after 24 hrs through email.
